Dining Facility Manager:  Responsible for the overall operation of the facility.  Minimum 5 years experience operating a full service facility.  Military food service experience preferred.  Experience with Corporate Food Service (CFS), system used by the Air Force in their dining facilities.  Responsible for accounting, equipment, subsistence, supplies, work schedules, sanitation, menu planning, Quality Control.
