Food Service Supervisor:
Responsible for the over all operation of the Dining Facility in
the absence of the manager. Monitors the operation to insure compliance
with all contract requirements. Performs inspections of facility to insure
sanitation standards are met. Insures compliance with 2005 Food
Code. Monitors storeroom, food preparation, serving lines, dining areas
and cashiers. Insures all entrees are available to patrons and portions
control is maintained. Briefs cashiers and line servers on their
duties. Performs training as needed, demonstrating tasks and proper
procedures when necessary. Monitors monetary income to insure facility is
within authorized allowances.
