
Food Service Work Leader:
Provide instructions and monitor the work of Military personnel
performing food service attendant duties in appropriated fund dining
facilities. Brief personnel on safety, operation of equipment I.E.
dishwasher and pot and pan washers. Demonstrate how to properly set up,
operate, tear down, and clean all equipment used. Insure sanitation
standards are conformed to in accordance with the 2005 Food Code. Monitor
personnel at all times during your shift.
