Baker Work Leader
Responsible for the over all operation of the Bakery . Monitors the operation to insure compliance
with all contract requirements. Performs inspections of facility to insure
sanitation standards are met. Insures compliance with 2001 Food
Code. Monitors storeroom, leads in pastry preparation, Quality control,
ordering subsistence. Performs training as needed, demonstrating tasks and proper
procedures when necessary. Monitors monetary income to insure facility is
within authorized allowances.
