Individual will be responsible for ordering and receiving subsistence through the Air Force Corporate Food Service (CFS) computer system.  They will be thoroughly familiar with proper storage techniques and  FIFO procedures.  Individual will be responsible maintaining storage area and refrigerators in a sanitary condition at all times. He/she will, issue subsistence to the food preparation area and after the meal is over, return unused items to their proper storage area.
